اسكولين Introduction:

اسكولين, also rendered Aesculin or مثلculin, is a coumarin glucoside that naturally occurs in the horse chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), California buckeye (Aesculus californica), prickly box (Bursaria spinosa) and in daphnin (the dark green resin of Daphne mesereum). It's also found in dandelion coffee.

اسكولين Function:

1.Anti-inflammation, anti-bacteria, anti-cancer, ease pan, anti-arrhythmic, anti-histaminic, anti-cruor. اسكولين is a glycoside composed of gluccose and a hihydroxycoumarin compound.

2.اسكولين is a product of a coumarin derivative extracted from the bark of flowering ash (Fraxinus ornus).

3.اسكولين is used in the manufacturing of pharmacetuicals with venotonic, capillary-strengthening and antiphlogistic action similar to that of Vitamin P.

4.اسكولين is a fluorescent dye that can be extracted from the leaves and bark of the horse chestnut tree.
